1. Walked out of my apartment building and there stood Wisdom John!!! Jules had taken him and Dream Patty on a walk cause she forgot something at her place. It was so great to walk to school hand and hand with him. I love that little guy!
2. Was in an incredible wacky mood today and realized 2hrs after getting to school that I was wearing two completely different bras.... Even I don't know how to explain this one.
3. Thought I got through to Charles yesterday with my heart to heart talking about playing rough but ended up kicking him out of class today. He was okay talking to me until he saw the snack tray go by and I said "no", then he cried a lot. His motivation seems to be food-related.
4. Got my online auction Adidas training suits and so now my training style is kickin'!
5. Whipping my elementary Peace class into shape with my golden rule four push ups everytime you speak Korean in class. I had to do four but John did a record breaking 20 by the time class was done.
6. Went on a cleaning rampage and bleached basically every surface in my apartment. Now it smells like one big public pool, I love it.
7. After spilling my beans to a good friend back home in a novel-like email, all I got in response was "follow your heart Am". Was kind of disappointed but at least he didn't tell me to date girls like my other friend jokingly commented.
8. While on route back from training I ran into Daewoo's look-alike twin. He must be the evil twin in comparison to Daewoo cause even though he barks a lot like Daewoo, he growled at me and chased me into a store. Crazy beast!
9. Am convinced Ryan will be a part of the gossip on Monday at school after a bunch of my coworkers ran into us after midnight in the local street. "A friend at midnight?" was one of the questions asked. Relax ladies, no juicy story here. Sorry to disappoint you.
10. Went to MBar with Ryan and had to sit and listen to Je Min tell Ryan how I broke his heart. Listen Je Min... do you know the word "stalker"?

As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).
After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.
Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.
