As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).
After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.
Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.
Out of all the people I hold dear to my heart, never could I ever imagine you'd be the one to make me cry.

Amy I'm sorry to hear about you and Byung Hyuk. I am so speechless and feel terrible. I know you are so sad right now because he means so much to you.

I know you mentioned a bit to me the other day in your email but you know what, it's his lost.
You always spoke so high of him and I thought maybe he was part of the reason why you stayed in Korea.
Don't let this get you down though Amy. You're stronger than this and if he's any kind of a friend, he will see his wrong doing and turn around to say sorry.

I don't know what to say to cheer you up but you can't think about that right now. Just focus on your job and the new guy you told me about.
I've always had respect for you and nothing has changed that.
You're doing the right thing.
Just wait it out. If your friend Byung Hyuk is a true friend, he will approach you. But if he doesn't, don't worry about it. You're an amazing person and I'm sure you have people banging down your door, hoping to be your friend.
Stay true to yourself and do what makes you happy. Your parents raised you to be a good girl and you're doing just that. Please don't change Amy.
I know that you're sad right now cause you really adored Byung Hyuk as a friend but it's his lose. He'll never meet such a terrific girl like you again. I'm sure he knows that too.
