As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

With her mom in the other room and only five minutes before my taxi was to arrive, Sue asked me to make a silly video of her. I taught her the other day how to move her head like a chicken and so this is the video I came up with. It's not an oscar but it's kind of cute.

although its scary to know a 7year old over there beat a 26 (well, 27) year old in chess, considering my 7 year old bro got creamed by me in checkers...its even more scary to see her do the chicken dance!
the horror, the horror *passes out*
-much love,

Thanks for the funny comment Bram!
What's even scarier is how intelligent this little girl is... wow! She'd easly make an adult look like a fool if she were to put together some kind of resume on all that she's able to do.
