As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).
After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.
Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Hey Amy,
Your dog looks cross-eyed in this pic........so adorable!!!!
I hope you are still hanging in their girl. You are looking better than ever and you're still smiling so that's good.
Jennifer
I have my Korean final in a week and honestly I have been lazier than ever.........looks like I will have to spend the next few days cramming all that info into my brain.......after my class I am taking a break and then I can get back to posting!!!
Yo Jenn...
Hehehe... Mi Nam's more than just a bit cross eyed looking in this picture... hahaha.
I love that little smelly bum!
I'm for sure hanging in here, no worries. Hanging out with my friends and being surrounded by people that honestly care about me has really helped me see reality... I'm in no position to let some guy steal my sunshine!
I took a week of training but have been doing way too many ab sets and so it's going good.
I guess the best way to get over a mishap is to bounce back and come that much stronger.
Good luck with your Korean final.. you're such to do awesome!
I look forward to reading your homepage once you're able to update it. For the time being I've been reading my own... how bad is that!!!
Hehehe...
