As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Dedicated to all the haters, heartbreakers, and bad boys who've taken my time and just added to potential future wrinkles.... hehehe. Thank you. You've only made me stronger.

Hilarious video. I must say though that I really do like the dark hair on you. I'm still not use to it. I miss your ultra blond locks but you do look very mysterious and more mature with the dark hair.

Who might this video be possibliy dedicated to. I think it is safe to assume you are just you now and not a couple.

Hey D.P.,
Thanks dude. I miss my platinum blonde hair but it'd be too wierd walking around in Korea like that. I don't like the added attention.

Yo J-Boy,
Hehehe... good stuff. I think I need to find a hobby though.. hehehe.

Hi Katie,
Honestly, it's not really dedicated to anyone in particular. Instead, it's me saying enough is enough with these guys who lead me on only to let me crash. I'm so done with dating these random dudes who think I'm another random girl.
Ya... I'm not a couple, unless that is, you consider my other half is Mi Nam. He's awesome!

Hey Jenn,
Thanks girl!... you think they got my message?!

I used to write really mean and funny poems about my exes after break-ups (which was very therapeutic), but this is so much better!

Yeah, the cigar is definitely necessary, although I don't know how you can smoke one of those things! Eeewww!

Hey Funny Boy,
Thanks cutie for the compliment!

Hi Beloved,
Hehehe.... I'd love to read one of those funny poems sometime, for sure! I use to write sweet poems about the guys I dated but then never gave them to them. Just kept them.
Don't give "him" too much credit, this was just me bored out of my skull but wanting to burn off the mounds of energy I had stored up. I have no hard feelings against "him", just unanswered questions.
