I tried to capture some of today's excitement in this video but I think I failed... hope you enjoy anyways ;)
(sorry about the bad visual titles... YouTube is ghetto)
As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).
After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.
Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Hey Amy, that was a really cool video. Some of your team mates are pretty buffed :p I hope they're not too "distracting" while training :p
Yo Andy,
Thanks dude.. I wasn't impressed with the quality of it thought after I loaded it up on YouTube, but that's ok.
Hey... how was your test the other day?
Well, your videos are a lit better than mine (I haven't made any yet ^^. My Geomdo black belt test? Passed with 87%, so f***ing happy ^^ When I get back from my holiday (going home for 2 weeks this Friday back to Australia, really need a break from Korea to recharge), I'll start learning the stuff for 2nd grade black, and also to stuff for competing in competitions (cutting bamboo on funky angles with real swords). As my geomdo teacher says, "Andy-sem, you power many" ^^
