As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).
After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.
Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Who says Asian women don't understand real weight training?

I don't know whether she's Korean or what but wow... she's incredibly beautiful!
Ya, I think she's soooo beautiful! I really admire her dedication and success. Being a huge fan of weight training and fitness, I totally know how hard it is to get like that and so I really respect her. I showed Q the picture of her and he said, "Yuck... she man". Q claims I'm more beautiful... I think he's just blind. But, if he thinks she is ugly, then well, I guess he's not going to be happy when he sees my body changing more. How ironic. Oh, I noticed that you said you lost 20lbs?!... wow! Congrats dude! That's a huge success mark right there! Keep up the hard training... it's ALL worth it!
Hey Amy, I've lost about 20kg, which is about 40 pounds. BUt, I put some back on when I was in Australia for 2 weeks :p And with all the days off lately (voting day, christmas, new years), I haven't been going to the gym much. Plan on getting back there, after the holidays ^^
