As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

I think it's fair to say, I am definitely eating like a champ... hehehe. My diet is high in protein, consists of tons of veggies, and basically the only thing outside of veggies and protein (eggs/ tuna/ chicken) that I eat is oatmeal and sweet potatoes.

Hi Vbuuren,
Wow... you've left soooo many comments on my homepage, thanks! I'm trying to catch up with all your comments... keep them coming!!!
As for the oatmeal, I eat oatmeal. I am on a high protein/veggies diet but I am able to eat a starchy carb with my first meal of my day. I usually either have a cup of oatmeal or sweet potato.

Hey Jenn,
Trust me... I envy you for the freedom you have with eating. My diet is brutally hard!!!
And as for the fruit, if I ever do eat fruit, I'd eat it in the morning. And if I ever do eat fruit, it's a very small portion... like 10 grapes or half an apple :( It's got a lot of natural sugar in it.
My diet is very strict and so because of it, I'm forced to take multi-vitamins to catch up with the other stuff my body needs but my diet just ain't giving me.
