Hey Everyone,
Just wanted to leave a note before I go to bed to thank you all for the amazing continual support and much appreciated encouragement with regards to my fight. It's been a long fight with my diet, an exhausting push with my busy training schedule, and a very emotional and mentally challenging struggle.
Tomorrow I will be fighting at Buk Il High School here in Cheonan, South Korea. If you are able to come out, awesome! The show starts at 11am and I am the opening fighter so try to come a bit early.
For those of you who can't come out, no worries, you can catch my game live on TV, channel KBS Sports. Be sure to watch my team mates Black Skinny (Jae Myoung) and Panty Boy Jr. (Jae Sub) as they will be having title matches.
Right now I am bursting with TONS of emotions and feelings... I am nervous, super excited, anxious, scared.... but I love it! I've had a busy day and so I'll try to update tomorrow before my game but right now I have to get some much needed sleep.

As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).
After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.
Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Hi Vbuuren,
Oh, no problem. I really use my homepage as a means of sorting out my thoughts and making sense of the craziness.
