Meet Tosca Reno, a beautiful middle aged woman who, at the age of 40, decided that she was going to change her life and get fit. She didn't stop there though, she then went on to become one of the most current influential women in women’s fitness, being repeatedly featured in Oxygen magazine and writing her own series of fitness books and articles.
If you don’t already know her, look her up on the Internet. She's definitely a means of motivation for me!!! I totally recommend her Eat Clean book series, especially the workout book. For those of you in Canada, check her out on Breakfast Television (CityTV) on Friday, September 12th… be sure to tape it for me too!!!

hehe... The boobs and red bikini pic is the best *^^* hehe
Hehehe...
Lovin' the opposing thoughts on the red bikini. Sorry Jennifer but I happen to think her breasts look awesome.I much prefer to have her look of breasts than what most of us gals are sporting… breasts are blobs of fat, usually surrounded by more fat… her’s aren’t.
As for it being the best picture, I love the back pose picture with the white clothing, or lack there of it. I also love the one where she’s sporting jeans and a short white top… clean, simple, but very beautiful.
Really you like them???.....hummmm, but you can see the outline of the silicone which looks like it's just plopped on top. I happen to LOVE her body though!!! Amy, I didn't think you digged things that were fake. And weren't you upset that your breast are now "b" cup, which you refered to as "barely there"
Hi Professor Amy-Michelle,
Thanks for the shout out on your blog. Too bad boobs garner more attention than a great body. I appreciate your support, and am glad to hear The Eat-Clean Diet is a favorite of yours. I hope it changes your life in the wonderful ways it changed mine.

Hey Tosca!!!
Wow… noticed that you commented on my homepage and was so completely flattered. Thanks so much! Yes, I love your books. Back home (Canada), it was easy to stay so completely motivated and inspired. Eating healthy was super easy too cause well, I could simply read the English labels or ask the wait staff questions in English. Being out here in Korea has been challenging in terms of staying on track and getting answers to much pondered questions I have. I use to look to my training partners for guidance and inspiration in Canada, but here in Korea it’s me who they turn to. Sometimes it can be overbearing and a bit stressful. They look to me for help and motivation but who can I turn to?... hence the reason why I book your books. I really am enjoying planning my workout routine based on your Eating Clean Workout Book and I particularly appreciate how you clearly identified what muscle(s) of each body part are being worked.
I envy you for your awesome body… you look so beautiful! I know I don’t have to tell you to ignore the negative comments cause you and I both know that you can’t please everyone. I trained my chest intensely for a year cause having a 34D chest in Korea got me a lot of unwanted looks. I was quite proud of myself for getting myself down to a size B but when I went to Canada just recently for a visit, so many people (both friends and random people that knew of me at the gym) commented, asking me where I had left my chest. I’m over it but it just goes to prove that you can never please everyone.
Thanks once again for your comment on my homepage. I hope you don’t mind but I have added a link to your Eat Clean Diet Blog on the right side of my homepage. Keep up the hard training and thanks so much for sharing your experiences and insight on getting fit and staying fit!!!
