There's four main woman that I read up on and regard as my poster woman for excellence in fitness, strength and beauty, and this is one of them. Her name is Maggie Diubaldo. She's a professional fitness model and is one of the woman who's presence on my fridge, in terms of a picture, is what motivates me and reminds me why exactly I am doing all this hard work.

I find her particularly beautiful in that she doesn't sport the long blond hair and big breasts that so many fitness models do. She's got super short brown hair, a chest that's obviously not large, a body that's very cut, and yet she looks very feminine.
