As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Highlights of my Day... Christmas 2008

Instead of bombarding you with notes about my day, half of which you'd be bored with, the other half of which... well,... I don't care to share, I decided to just post this video mash-up of my day.
Thanks to my family, Mama Bere and Papa Bere, for all the western goodies they sent me. Mi Nam says a huge thanks too for the squeaky toy, which I for one am not so thankful for considering his new found obsession with it is bound to keep me up all night... hehehe.
Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night.

Hi Anonymous,
Hehehe... ya, he went nuts over it!!! It drove me mental for a bit but he slept like a log last night and so it was worth it, I guess... hehehe.

Yo B-Man,
Cool! I checked it out. I didn't realize how deep your voice was, wow. I guess I was thinking you'd sound like a 12 year old... hehehe.
