As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

I love boxing, don't get me wrong, but it exhausts me.
This is me sporting minus levels of energy after training

... and doing what I only could wish to do: beat the heck out of the weight scale!!!

You look tired a bit but I agree with the other comment here that your arms look really good. I have to work on mine like that. I hope you don't weigh yourself too much because it can fluctuate you know of course. I bet it builds up your speed with being cut like that. Looks Amy really. You are an inspiration for sure. :)

Hey Andy,
... hehehe.. thanks dude ;)

Hi Beth,
I was SOOOO tired, beyond tired. I look a bit drunk or high there actually. Ya, I know it fluctuates but it's kind of a requirement and routine I have going on now.
An inspiration to you?!... wow, thanks for the HUGE compliment!!! I am very honoured to say the very least. Thank you Beth.
