As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

All smiles before, during and after the big fight... he's awesome! I wore my "I love you" shirt to pump him up and thank goodness I wore my highest heels, too, cause I'm quite the shorty beside him when I'm in flats.

Was super psyched when I found out that my friend Hye Min (girl on the left) was fighting tonight. I've sparred with her a couple of times and she's now the WBCF Atom weight #7.... that's crazy awesome!!!

Who needs a wash machine when you have abs like my man?!... hahaha. After months of hard training, all his hard work and crazy dieting paid off. KO in the second round... sweet!!! Congrats baby! You're so freakin'-stinkin' awesome... hahaha

My beautiful champion, Korea's Super Light Weight Champion.

One of my man's sisters. This is now the second time I've talked to her and I already love this gal. She's awesome.... actually, I think that's a gene that runs in her family!!!

Next, it was Panty Boy Jr's turn to take the spotlight and show Korea why Cheonan is on the map. Mission accomplished. Congrats buddy!

It wasn't the expected KO that we've become use to Panty Boy Jr. giving us but it was definitely quite the fight. And despite him getting two points against him, he scored a sweet win.

Sometimes I have to sit back and realize, this isn't kitty shit. This isn't some random fight. You guys are fighting for real titles. Super Lightweight of all of KOREA? That's insane, and a huge honor.

Hi Anonymous,
EXACTLY!!! Well put, thank you. My goal is to one day join him at the top by becoming Korea's next female flyweight champion. And yes, it is a HUGE honor, thank you. So many people totally miss that point.
