As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).
After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.
Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

You've got about two weeks till your fight, I bet you're excited about it.
Keep up the intense training.
I already know you're extra ordinary.
Hi Amy,
I love these pictures of you. I put the middle one of you up for a screensaver for inspiration with my boxing. You look ready for your game and I will of course be rooting for you to knock her out!
Great pictures really.
Beth
Hi Anonymous,
Oh ya... I'm for sure excited about it. Thanks for the support and encouraging words ;)
Hey Beth,
Thanks girl;) I can always depend on you to have my back and lift me up with encouragement. You're awesome!!!
I feel ready for my game, physically, but there's still a lot I want to learn in reference to technics and I really need to get my mind better wrapped around this game. I know I have a big task ahead of me with my opponent being so much more experienced than me and so I need to really not let that intimidate me.
