As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

He looks so serious... hahaha... and he is. You should see him when he catches me chewing on my nails... hahaha.

I'm still very much purple in the face from my fight but now my ears are clean... hahaha.

Actually, I'm not so much purple in the face as I am now changing colours. My face is now a mix of various shades of purple with some browns and even some yellows.

Hi Ryan,
Ya, he's a pretty big guy, when he's not dieting like crazy for his game that is.
Yes, I'm pretty good at recovering quickly. It's been a week since my fight and my eyes are so much better. I think my time with boxing has definitely built up my tolerance to pain and injuries. Mind ya, all my injuries are definitely helping to keep my pharmacist in business...hahaha.
