As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Hey Amy,
One of my favorite things to bake is a great corn muffin so I was smiling when you said you had a little difficulty with your friend making some muffins. The trick is to follow the directions to the tee. I love them. I’m glad your boyfriend treats you so well. You are a great catch there girl and he knows it.
I agree with you stating in sparring one usually gets the best of it. Sounds like Snicker's did a job on his sparring partners. Great and glad to hear it. Been hard at work trying to figure out Kim’s style and although I’ve had some good moments she’s given me some good lessons. It’s funny how I always think she is open go in after her and wind up getting her lethal jab. Last practice was not too good for me.:( I was down three times and agreed to her stopping it after the fourth round. I need to go back to the drawing board that’s all. Very fast fists I tell you. I keep confident though. It's all learning. :)
