As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).
After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.
Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Hi Amy,
These are two good pictures of you and your husband. Both of you look great and I love the way your hair looks. I hope your mom is doing as good as can be expected. You have my blessing with that.

Having trouble sending this using name/url so I'll send it anonymous. :)
I'm glad you have Snickers there to make you (and your mom) laugh. She must be so proud of the man you married. She certainly won't have to worry about you being taken care of.
So sorry to hear about your mom's cancer Amy. Nothing I can say to 'make it better' but keep your head up and enjoy the moments you share with her. Korea will always be here for you, so don't wish you were back.
Don't forget to ask your mom how to make her delicious cabbage rolls so you can carry on that tradition with your family.
Thinking of you! Best wishes.......hugs for mom too!
