As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

The breakfast of champions... ?!

I'm a huge believer in breakfast makes or breaks your day and I'm always insisting Snickers gobbles down something first thing, but I'm not quite fond of the meal we start the dog's day with.

Six duck necks cut up. A cup of dog food is added into the mix, along with one full egg... and viola, Pyen Chi's breakfast is ready. We give Mi Nam some of it too when it's chicken being chopped up. I don't care for the loud crunching of bones though, it's the smell of raw meat I can't stand! And then there's what I ate today for my late breakfast, early lunch... brunch .
Side dish count 16... pumpkin leaves, cucumbers, dried fish, kimchi, bird eggs, salad, clams, sweet potatoes, sesame seed leaves, eggs, and a whole whack of other veggies I don't know but love... all for $6.
