As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Met two new beautiful friends from my all-girls club, one of which is a fellow Pole. I found it all too funny because Snickers told me today that he is convinced Polish women are bea-u-ti-ful and yes, she was very and so was her friend.

I also met another member of my club -- a very sweet girl fresh off the plane, like a week fresh off the plane -- and saw my sweet buddy who is so adorable.

And what would be a night out with the girls-only club without other members and, of course, my girl Sammy-Kat (my favorite Pole here in Korea).

There were supposedly 23 of us from Sisters Of Seoul (note the name change I did), but it was so hard to literally move. The place was packed and then some mesmerizing belly dancers ate up whatever space was left.
