Nothing went as planned today, which was both good and bad. None the less, it made for one really, really long day and no dinner date out with Snickers.
Snickers drove me to my university class today and brought along Pyen Chi and Balboa. They waited outside for me and then we headed off to go see Wonder Boy, Snickers' best friend. Wonder Boy is a really, really good friend to both Snickers and I so I couldn't really say no to him when he treated us to lunch and then asked if we'd accompany him to Seoul. He had sold a $200,000 BMW that was pimped-out and supped up, but had to drive it out to Seoul to it's new owner. Wonder Boy then had to go to another location and pick up another car he was selling.
While on route to Seoul, I got word that one of my boxercise gals -- now officially nicknamed "Atomic-B" on my homepage here -- was out in Apgujung getting her hair done, so we searched her out and she joined us on the ride home. Our ride home wasn't quite the quick and painless ride home though. Wonder Boy's buyer of the overly-priced BMW was having issues, possibly second doubts, so we waited around for a good hour or two while they figured things out.
Upon arriving back to Cheonan, it was just after 8pm.
When I arrived back at Ggum Guum, there before my eyes, on the stairwell step outside of my apartment, sat a deliver box. The headlamps for tomorrow's Midnight Mountain Top BBQ had arrived. I ripped open the box quicker than Snickers could open the door to our place. With four different light settings, adjustable straps and a rotating adjuster for the light, they're sooooooo very cool!!! The plan is tomorrow to pick up some stuff for the BBQ -- juice, yogurt drinks, ingredients for a light snack, make some of my E-Pop Bars, and load up the headlamps with their needed batteries. I have to check up tomorrow on the meat stirfry dish Snickers' restaurant is cooking and I'll probably swing by the mountain path to find another starting spot.
Am super stoked about the Midnight Mountain Top BBQ... it's going to be awesome!!! I've got a great group of fabulous fun fierce ladies going, many of which are my boxercise gals, so it's bound to be a fun night. Pyen Chi -- my Flipside Fitness mascot -- is going to accompany her not only for extra added companionship but also for security, though with the fierce punches many of my boxercise gals are throwing I doubt we'll even need any kind of extra security... hahaha.
