As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Highlights of my Day... Saturday, December 10

1. Slept in and missed breakfast.
2. Slept in and missed lunch.
3. Slept in and woke up at 6m. And let me tell you, it felt GREEEEEAT!!!
4. Jokes on Ryan, he had stayed up all night so that he could catch the soccer pooling but then he fell asleep right before it came on TV! I feel bad but had a good laugh.
5. Served up a good Canadian breakfast.... crossants, sausages, and scrambled eggs.
6. Scored large on my new cell phone by having it under Ryan's name.
7. Got my first "couple" thing.... Ryan and I now have a couple phone number (we share the last four digits).
8. Went on a movie rampage with Ryan. Watched a movie at Yawoori and then rented two more.
9. Agreed that today was one of the most unproductive days so far!
10. Agreed that this week has been horrible and so I deserved a totally bum-day!

QUESTION OF THE DAY...
What's your favorite thing to do on a "lazy day"?

QUOTE OF THE DAY...
My bum may be lazy but boy does it look good!
-- Jay (thanks dude!)
