As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Highlights of my Day... Sunday, December 11

1. Sensory overload with my new cell phone (newest toy gadget).
2. Found out that my cell phone is DEFINITELY Korean...it tells me my biorhythm. According to my biorhythm, on December 16th I'm going to reach an all time low.... my physical health will be -99, my intellectual well-being will be -94, and my love level will be -90. Great.
3. On the other hand, on New Year's Eve my stats concerning my biorhythm will be at an all-time high. Interesting....well at least I'll be ringing in the new year on a positive note.
4. Another useless bit of info my cell phone counts.... how many days I've lived. Apparently I've lived 9258 days.
5. Didn't venture outside till about 9pm when I went to go buy totally overly priced, steroid-induced grapes imported from Chile. Very firm but not worth the high price tag considering the annoying seeds.
6. How nice am I?! Vacuumed Ryan's apartment..... I don't even vacuum my own place!
7. Watched yet another movie (part 2 of one of last night's movies).
8. Interesting... got an email from Lee. Where have you been all this time???
9. Got introduced to a new way of eating those addictive Korean-style pancakes... fry them. Thanks Ryan, now I'm definitely addictive to them! I'm lovin' it!!!
10. Been dating Ryan for 48 days now.... good stuff!

QUESTION OF THE DAY...
What do you count?
