As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Highlights of my Day... Thursday, December 15

1. So what is this, day six of silence or do I have to start the count again cause yesterday she broke the silence with yelling at me.... again.
2. Rushed into work and Hanna was a no-show again! AH... I already hate mornings, I don't need another reason why to hate them.
3. No banana milk again today!
4. Painted with Wisdom class and ended up getting painted and some how even got made to eat the paint. John wasn't paying attention and so when he turned his paint brush brushed a few of my teeth black! It was so gross!
5. Went to help Wisdom Kevin clean up in the boys' bathroom and walked in on a coworker using the urinal.... this situation has happened two times now and with the same coworker.
6. Am convinced my Wisdom kids are the coolest little people in this school.
7. Took on the planning responsibility for tomorrow's kindergarten fire safety awareness day knowing full well that I'll be faced with Spazzy-K's opposition.
8. Finished painting Wisdom class' fireplace scene and got caught singing Christmas carols way too loud by some random parent. Not too sure if she was laughing cause my singing was so bad or because it was funny that I was singing.
9. Training at the gym turned into a freak show.... me being the freak that is. Two little girls were in the gym for some odd reason and they so obviously watched my whole workout. Ah ya, that's great for my confidence, sarcastically speaking of course.
10. Bought super hype pants from the lady outside the kimbop restuarant. I love it when the kimbop lady always runs out and yells "down, down" for me... she means discount and of course, the lady always gives me one. I think I'm her most loyal costomer.

QUESTION OF THE DAY...
If you could have any kind of super power, what would you want?

QUOTE OF THE DAY...
The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits
