As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Highlights of my Day... Wednesday, December 7

1. I cracked today... my legs have never been smoother! Ha, ha, ha....Patty, you know what I'm talking about! Smooth as butter baby!
2. GS store Guy Smiley and I had an interesting conversation today about hair. Not too sure what he was really asking me but he told me his name. Unfortunately I've got old age when it comes to remembering things and so it was in one ear, out the other.
3. Day one of silence with Spazzy-K. Definitely was interesting.
4. Despite my new found love in this sleek and utlra fast computer of mine, not really appreciating the "quick function" keys.... totally didn't like it when it meant I had to write the same email over three times!
5. Wore a skirt and totally Korean blouse to school and got called "Princess" by my afternoon Peace class.
6. Began teaching my afternoon classes their Christmas show song and I'm convinced they now think Im a nut. I think I had more fun than them plus I was the only one dancing. I just couldn't keep still.
7. Scored large with mail today.... got two letters in the mail today from Canada!
8. Chit chatted with Muffin Nuts from Canada. I'm sure he really appreciated the 4am wake-up call.
9. Well that was fun taking an unexpected round trip to Yawoori. Hmmm....
10. Went for a midnight run to "cool off" in the snowy weather. It was rather nice but now I'm sporting a chill.

QUESTION OF THE DAY...
If you could get away with any one thing, what would you choose to do?

QUOTE OF THE DAY....
May you live a thousand years, and I, one day less, so that I might never know the world without the pleasure of your company.
