1. Sweet!!! Soo Jung picked me up some brick cheddar cheese!
2. Started my day off waking up late and filling my belly with a good hearty pork meal.
3. Canceled my plans to go out to Seoul and spent the day being a lazy bum… but oh did it feel soooo good! Ha, ha, ha.
4. Thought I looked all pretty in my new funky-styled pants and new shirt… turns out Ryan can’t stand that style of pants. Wore them anyways.
5. So Ryan thinks he’s discovered the secret to why us Westerners love low-lighting in our homes…. He claims it’s because we don’t clean and so with the low-lighting you can’t notice it. Good try but wrong answer.
6. Went with Ryan to go pick up his new speakers…. I’m definitely lovin’ them! My computer went from sounding cheesy to sounding like I’ve stepped into Mbar!!!
7. Discovered that I made the number one spot in Homegirl’s highlights online… good stuff. Way to go me!!!
8. Walked into Mbar and who’s the first person I see… that two-timing white punk. That punk has some nerve.
9. Met up with Jenn and Lauren at Mbar. Discovered that Larren’s quite the modern girl and that Jenn is considering extending her contract…good stuff.
10. So much for watching a movie with Ryan after Mbar. He had waited for me but then I totally crashed. Sorry.
QUESTION OF THE DAY...
If the sky is the limit, then what is space, over the limit?
QUOTE OF THE DAY...
Laziness is nothing more than the habit of resting before you get tired.
-- Jules Renard
As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).
After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.
Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.
