1. Woke up today to a mine-field of shredded toilet paper courtesy of Daewoo.
2. Checked out my blog pole questions today... for the question concerning who is the strongest person I lead with 53% of the votes. Superman trails behind me with 24% of the votes.
3. In regards to who is the most dynamic duo, Paulo and I lead the pack with 40% of the votes, followed by Rockie and Bullwinkle who have claimed 33% of the votes.
4. Took all the kindergarteners on a field trip to Hanna's farm where we got down and dirty harvesting sweet potatoes. The kids dug up a lot of potatoes but what did I dig up.... a pumpkin!
5. Sense that I'm addicted to the dry noodle snacks that the kids bring. Found myself searching the kinder crowd for any dry noodles. I smelt dry noodles; I heard the crackling of dry noodles; I needed a dry noodle fix.
6. At lunch I was invited to a huge food feast for the SLP staff courtesy of Hanna's parents. It was absolutely amazing! We had a collage of numerous foods including bacon. I haven't had bacon since I left Canada and so it felt so comforting to eat it. Amazing lunch!
7. What a relaxing day of work. Not only did I go on a field trip for the whole first half of my day but in the afternoon I only had to teach one class. What a great day.
8. Got some emails and comments from so friends, both local and afar.... my blog readership is increasing. Good stuff.
9. No sign of Beauty Boy, Beast Boy, or Flash girl at the gym. Something is up! Tonight the gym's owner was running the show instead of his regular staff. I think he thinks I'm a strange girl.
10. Spent too much of my evening trying to figure out how to include music on my blog and what's resulted from it all.... no music. I'm not impressed.
QUESTION OF THE DAY...
Is it possible to surgically remove the voice box from a noisy dog?
QUOTE OF THE DAY...
Stupid is as stupid does.

As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).
After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.
Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.
