As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Highlights of My Day...Wednesday October 26

1. Woke up today feeling like everything was finally the way it should be.
2. Checked out the poll results from my blog and leading the pack for most "Dynamic Duo" was Rockie and Bullwinkle with 44%. Amy and Paulo trail behind with 33% but figures are DEFINITELY misleading. Stats are sure to change within the next few days.
3. Was shadowed by the new Korean teacher Alice for one of my classes. What a day to pick too to oversee the class.... we were pushing full force to make up for the slacked Monday we just had.
4. Am convinced Alice thinks I love the army or something cause I'm really quick to make my elementary Peace class do push-ups. Ironically, I can't stand the army guys here... with a passion!
5. My already long work day turned into a work night with pumpkin carving and pizza at 8:30pm.
6. Definitely got my butt kicked on the treadmill cause of the pizza. My training was good but I didn't stand a chance with the cardio tonight.
7. Finally found the bathrooms at my gym. I hate public washrooms!
8. I love it, no one calls my cell but I get phone messages at work. Don't I feel special.
9. Freaked out totally on Daewoo after I caught him eating some drunk dude's vomit... nasty. Daewoo's got no class!
10. Started to mentally write my "speech" for tomorrow's big "news conference". I'm confident with what I'm going to say but not too sure on my audience.

QUESTION OF THE DAY...
Is it wrong to be so happy even when your happiness means great sadness for someone?

QUOTE OF THE DAY...
Leave the drama for your Mama.
