1. Although he and aren't really friends, we all were buddy-buddy with him when he entered the staff room with REAL BRICK CHEESE. It's the first time in 9 months that I've eaten real cheese. We were like seagulls at the sight of it!
2. Watched in horror as Shannon sold her sole to Paul. She has no idea of what she's just done in regards to being a friendly with him. She's definitely got a friend for life now!
3. Got asked for dating advice by none other than my brother Rob in New York. Thought it interesting how when we were kids my parents would have sworn that we'd one day kill each other!
4. Created "Amy's Ten Rules and Guidelines to Dating". Coming soon. Look for your copy at newstands. Ironically I know how to preach on the subject but don't seem to listen to my own advice.
5. Laid down for a short seniors nap and ended up sleeping like a baby for 2 1/2 hours. So much for training tonight, opps.
6. After reading the various personal emails I received, it's obvious that I caused some controversy with Sunday's blog highlights when I wrote, "I slept with Ryan". All I have to say is lighten up, it was a joke! If you read the rest of that sentence you would have realized it too. Some people have no sense of humour it seems.
7. I'm notorious for not answering my door and my cell phone. Tonight I got a late night visitor and had my music not been playing I would have totally ignored the visitor. It was Ryan.
8. Well a promise is a promise. I made a promise with Ryan that when I return to Canada for a visit I'll come back a blonde. He remind me tonight when he showed me my picture on his cyworld and the comments it has.
9. Found out that Ryan is perfectly content with wearing women's clothing... just joking. It was really cold out tonight and so I dressed Ryan up in my sweater for his drive home. Surprisingly it was so small on him.

As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).
After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.
Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.
