1. Woke up and went to work feeling like a Mac truck just hit me.
2. Shocked to see the wild beast come out in Wisdom Jack today. He viciously turned on Kevin and I had to pry him off Kevin by his pants!!! Jack spent the whole morning out in the hall and Kevin had to get medicine for his bloody scratched-up face.
3. Got caught kissing the porcelain shrine at school.
4. New student in my elementary Leo class. Her name is Anna and she's so incredibly cute. I loved the fact that she bowed to me when she said good-bye. Did I ever mention that I love Koreans.... I do!
5. Adrian in my elementary Virgo class lost his symbol-coded homework sheet and was totally frantic.... and this is a 2-1 class?! Ya, okay.
6. Shed a little piece of heaven in Homegirl's world with delivering her the Caramilk chocolate bars I brought back from Canada.
7. Got major thumbs down from Ryan for yesterday's reactment of "Rockie" outside the gym and as a result "War of the Worlds" played out in my apartment.
8. Found out that I'm apparently the "white monkey".... one question, if that's true than what does that make them if they can't say it to my face.... hmm, "chicken sh*#"!!!
9. In the heat of the moment (no, not a good moment) I said the "s" word... twice. Shocked the socks off Ryan I'm sure.
10. Possible plans put on hold on account of rain.

As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).
After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.
Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.
