1. Started off the morning on a perfect note… had a huge box of oatmeal awaiting me for breakfast, the Big Guy phoned to tell me tutoring was canceled, it was Friday and my house was toasty warm. Then, thirty minutes later I get a text saying “you look so beautiful”… anymore perfect and it’d be Saturday!
2. Realized I have an addiction… to lip gloss that is. I counted 15 just this morning!
3. With 26 days left I’ve admitted that I’ve come to the point where my motivation at work is leaving work…. that sucks!
4. Realized that I look forward ALL day to hearing from Mrs. Kim. She’s my ticket out of this place! She emails me at least twice a day but today I didn’t hear from her and so my first thought was to panic. No worries though, I’ve got this one in the bag.
5. Don’t you hate it when you’re the last one to hear about plans… my motto is, if I was meant to know I would already know, but now that I know I don’t care to know more!
6. Got word that Young Un can’t “socialize” tonight… ya, like I believe that coming from him!
7. Briefly talked to Mr. Hook-Up and all is a go for next week. My plan is to go in there confident that they’ll buy my spiel and eat it all up…. key deposit and all.
8. Movie night with Ryan turned into puke night with Amy!!! I knew my stomach was feeling funny but didn’t expect what happened next!
9. Spent the rest of my evening making friends with the porcelain…. so gross.
10. After initially going to bed, I woke up and realized that my sickness was going way beyond just puking…. SO, SO gross!
QUESTION OF THE DAY...
How stubborn are you?
QUOTE OF THE DAY...
Drugs saved my life.

As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).
After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.
Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.
