1. Consider myself smart but today I wasn’t so smart. After rushing to school I realized at lunch that I had forgotten my medicine. Took the pills after work but that wasn’t until about 7pm and so that’s 6 pills and 3 syrup packs I missed today. Not good, I know.
2. Apparently administration staff at SLP is still confused as to whether or not I’m renewing my contract…. not too sure if they’re just oblivious to the obvious or playing the “babo card”.
3. Talk about talent right here among our own staff…. Shannon educated her students with her incrediable ability to put her WHOLE HAND in her mouth.
4. Talk a bad case of what Shannon would call “poo-poo gas”!!!! Honestly, and here’s where I let you in on a little secret… I tried to blame it on Joel. I know, I know,… so mean but hey, I’m still recovering from Friday night’s sick-fest!
5. Admitted to being the source of the “poo-poo gas” only because Joel started to get upset. I felt so bad and Wisdom kids were SO shocked. I totally played babo! Ha, ha, ha.
6. Turns out my crunch date has been reset…. and by Asan Education Board. They want a final word on Wednesday but my interview with my first choice isn’t until Thursday…. great. I’m going to have to work my magic on this one.
7. Find it humorous how just how relaxed the emails between my “Hook-up Girl” and I have got. Today’s subject was her soju drinking episode on the weekend. I get the feeling that she’s my age and so she’ll understand if I suddenly pull out of this.
8. Kinder birthday party tomorrow and none of us knows what’s going on with that… I guess we’re to ASSUME, like always. At least this time we got a couple days notice for the event.
9. Success AGAIN with my elementary Virgo class! I don’t know how it happened, I don’t know why it happened, all I know is it happened again and so I just went with it.
10. My tummy hurts again.... or should I say, my intestines!

As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).
After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.
Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.
