As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).
After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.
Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.
My favourite person.

I'm totally serious with this question: Does Mi Nam not freak out that you go upstairs and leave him in the couch? My dog follows me everywhere around the apartment and if I dare get away from his range of vision for even a second he goes crazy looking for me. Maybe yours is more normal?
He is such a cutie and I bet you spoil him as you should. Heh heh. :)

He doesn't quite freak-out but he definitely wants to know my every movement. I carry him upstairs when I go to bed though. And as for normal, not too sure how a normal dog acts. Maybe this strange behaviour is "normal" for dogs... hahaha.

Ya, Mi Nam is super adorable. I'm glad I'm not the only one that thinks he's cute. I do spoil him but not too much, not as much as he spoils me with kisses and attention though.
