As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Making home videos, music videos and whatnot have become a kind of hobby of mine but it's always funny when I come across a video that someone has made of me on the Internet.
Thanks to Ennriceaba on YouTube for this video, an updated version of a fan video he made of
me... very sweet, thank you ;)

I think that is a great little video that your friend made of you. I love those Adidas gloves and I have a pair similar to those. Your biceps look really good Amy and I bet it's the pushups that do it. Nice definition. Keep up the boxing. I love to compete too of course.

Hey Ryan,
Hahaha... ya, it was pretty sweet of him to make that. I once found a homepage all about me actually, it kind of freaked me out. I thought it'd be innocent and whatnot because the homepage owner was a girl but, as it turns it out, she was definitely into girls... particularly me. Thankfully she's stopped the homepage but it was so wierd while it lasted.

Hi Beth,
Thanks girl. Ya, I love those gloves too. If you're talking about those black and white Adidas gloves, I killed them the other week at training. Not too sure what happened but the padding flakes out a bit now.
How's your training going? Any big break through with sparring with that girl, Shauna?
