As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Random older photos of me... can you tell which one is me?
Here's a hint: I'm the one trying to hide my right arm because I broke it in a fight and had to sport a cast.

Living the life of a slave when I first came to Korea... and had the brutally small apartment to prove it... hahaha.

Oh my god. You look like you're 40 in that small apartment! You definitely need to keep the black hair...forever!
It took a couple seconds, but I found you in the first pic =D

Hi Anonymous #1,
Hahaha... thanks?! I was having a rough day so the hair was doing rough too. I miss my blonde hair though.

Hey Anonymous #2,
Hahaha... ok, I'll see if I have some around.

I think you look good as a blonde also. I picked you out right away in that one picture.
