As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Talk about a sweet ride... hahaha.
This is the new Valentine's Day display at the Yawoori. It looks awesome and the smell is almost intoxicating. I guess I shouldn't tell them about their misspelled English though.

Hey Ryan,
Hahaha... that's ok. Thanks for the props but I'm still not too sure if I really fit in here. I feel it when I'm at the boxing club and at the university but sometimes I feel like I still stick out like a sore thumb.
No new sparring partners. Had some potentials but they're not so focused on boxing and so every week sparring doesn't interest them. I have sparring practice on Monday though but my partner is more of a hobby-boxer so it won't be such a serious practice.
Thanks for the commments and for your interest in my homepage. Feel free to comment whenever.
