As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).
After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.
Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Wow! this Isabelle dude is in really good shape.
I guess it's because I'm American, but this woman makes me cringe. To see all those lines and muscles I didn't even know were there, or could bulge out. I'm a sucker for cute, femine looking women (I don't mind a strong personality tho :P)
but for a woman (or ANYONE) to be THAT buff, kind of makes me sick. Jen, however, looks a bit better. At least her legs aren't BULGING with veins.

Ya, Isabelle looks fantastic, I agree. But she got really sick prior to the competition and so she wasn't up to par. Just imagine though how much more beautiful she would have been had she not got sick!!!!!!!!!!!

Of course she is... that's her job ;) Check out the video I posted the other day about her grocery shopping. She could eat anyone out of house and home... lol.

No worries. I know the buff gal is not every man's flavor, I respect that. I personally wouldn't want to be this buff but I can respect and admire her total dedication and self discipline in getting to this extreme level of fitness.
It's funny too because although I'm huge into fitness, I must admit, I prefer a guy with a little belly over a dude with a 6-pack!
