As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).
After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.
Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

My Korean family photo... hahaha.
Celebrated White Day in style, with high class, and with two Korean cuties... hahaha.

Hey Casey, My hair... shorter?! No, but thanks for reminding me, I do need a bit of a trimming. My hair was just brushed a bit to the side and so it appeared shorter. It's getting quite long though.
Hi Mark, Hahaha... maybe that's why he's holding my hand, to remind Q who's girl I really am... lol!
Hey Anyonmous, Yes, well, with all pictures, pictures fade with time. I can't stay because we look cute. Cute on the outside by homesick on the inside... not quite the good, or healthy, combo.
Hi Tara, Thanks girl! No, Q would never move to Canada with me. He's way too attached to his cozy way of life here, his English isn't up to par, and he'd be missing his family too much. Mi Nam is coming with me though.
Hey Shelley, Thanks Ms. Bride-to-be. It's a new dress. I love the colour. Hey how's the wedding planning going?
