As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

To all the amazingly great people in my life, thank you.
A huge thank you to my students here who took the time to find me on campus today so that the one student could have a proper goodbye with me.

And to all the little doggies here with nobody to bombard them with kisses or buy them silly t-shirts to embarrass them, I'm so sorry I can't adopt you all!!!

When you talk about your teaching AM it's clear that is where your heart is. Hold that dear to you and remind yourself of that. Your students need you just as much as you need them.

Yo Casey,
Thanks girl. I do love my job but I owe it all to the awesomeness of the students who I totally feed off their wicked energy!!!
