As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

In anticipation of what the next three months are going to bring, I took a couple of flex shots and measurements of myself. These are the before shots of big things to come.

Hot damn girl. If these are the before pics than I don't think we will be able to handle the after pics. So I say again, hot damn girl!

I still can't believe I let you get on that plane again and leave me again. Forget any after shots, I wanna make these my screensaver.

Dare I ask, are you wearing a bathing suit or all those Amy's panties we're seeing?

I can hardly believe that your husband is going to leave you for three months especially when you've got a bod like that to match your personality and a ring on your finger that notes you're his.
If I were him, I wouldn't dare let you out of my sight.

Hey Amy,
As I've told you before with your boxing and conditioning you always inspire me to keep me doing the same. You look magnificent and look forward to the after shots. Your arms look great! I want mine to look like yours. :)
Thanks for your inspiration. Keep up the boxing for sure. :)

Hey EVERYONE,
Wow... through a bit of skin on the homepage and BAM, the comments come! Hahaha.
Am coming down to the crunch date-- the day Snickers leaves and I go full force into my training. On October 4th I'll be measuring myself and weighing-in, so we'll see what becomes of my next three months. Top priority is dropping my body fat percentage. Dropping my body fat will consequently result in my abs being more defined and a thinner waist. As for weight, that's only important for me when it comes to an actual boxing bout. I'm all about the body fat percentage and pushing myself to see how dedicated and persistant I can be with my training.

By the way, Becca... thanks for the award! Very cool.
