As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Three Minutes, What the Funk Punk?!... Monday, October 4

I had told Snickers my new schedule before he left. He knew one of my tutoring gigs today was for 11:40am. My student ended up canceling because of a business meeting so I decided to head out for a run.

I left at exactly 11:35am. Snickers called at 11:38am. I missed his call. I missed his call by 3 minutes.

Three.

1....2....3.

At first I was angry at myself. If only I had went out a few minutes later. Being angry at myself was then replaced by being angry at Snickers. He knew I'd be pulling up to tutoring and wouldn't be able to pick up his call.

Then I was just flat out disappointed. I was crushed. I had missed his call and now I'm only assuming that I'll have to wait a month till I am able to hear from him again.

Today marked day one of ninety..... N I N E T Y !!!

QUESTION OF THE DAY...
How much is this going to suck?

QUOTE OF THE DAY...
There are two sides to every question.
