WARNING: Not pretty, scooter-crushed Polack legs.
As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).
After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.
Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Hey Amy,
I have to admit your legs and feet look pretty mangled there. Just give it some time for them to heal. Don't over do it. As long as there is no pain you'll be fine. I admire your dedication to exercise with running and boxing. Keep at it.

Hey Beth!
Ya, they're still very sore to the touch too. I tell ya, they'll probably be sporting bruises for the next month... yikes! Thanks for your compliment but this week I took the week off of boxing. Am planning to return to it this upcoming Monday because it's driving me mental not to be able to jump in the ring and pound away at pad work!!!
By the way, how's your training going?
