Sundays are always Bloody Sundays here in Korea with K1 fighting and boxing bombarding various TV channels so Mi Nam and I "chillaxed" on the couch and watched a couple of hours of fighting.
Between yesterday's live fight watching and today's TV-watching boxing bouts, I definitely got quite the dose of blood, sweat and tears this weekend.
The blood, sweat and tears went well beyond the TV screen today though with me showing up at the boxing club to get in a good workout.
Though I must admit, with a boxing club freezer filled with naughty but oh-so delish temptations, I got in a good mental workout in addition to a physical one. I tell ya, cutting down in weight pose numerous and quite persistant temptations. My biggest temptation so far, with regards to food, has been that of water. I'm so use to drinking anywhere from a liter to three liters of water a day but these days my water intake has been greatly restricted and basically only comes from the tomatoes or other veggies and fruits I am eating. Temptations continued on late into the evening when I stopped into Lotte Super for some hair elastics and noticed that my beloved seedless grapes and ever-so-delish monkey bananas were on sale.
It was one thing to buy the bananas and grapes but it was a whole other thing having to prepare them for the freezer.
I absolutely love eating frozen bananas and frozen grapes!!!
However, having to unpeel about 40 monkey bananas and then pluck off the grapes was a temptation like none other. I somehow managed to unpeel the bananas but the temptation proved to be too strong so I basically only washed the grapes and threw them in a container.
Only 1 monkey banana and 5 grapes lost fell victim to my mouth... hahaha.
QUESTION OF THE DAY...
What's tempting to you?
QUOTE OF THE DAY...
You are what you eat.

Do you do anything other than peel the bananas and grapes before you freeze them? You said you wash the grapes and usually take them off the stems, but do you just put them in the containers like that? I would love to freeze bananas and grapes but I always thought the bananas would turn mushy or something. Do the grapes turn out like grapecubes?
Also, I am SO EXCITED for you that your beautiful and sweet husband is coming home and that you will be together for the holidays. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and best wishes for the new year. ^.^
Hey Amy,
Love the pictures of you at the gym. I like the hat you have on too. :)
Mi Nam is so cute.
