As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Snickers decided he wanted to buy Pyen Chi the Pee Master Beast of Fur a comb but what does he do... he tests it out on me first. Nice guy. So there I stood, in the middle of the animal hospital talking seriously to the vet when all of a sudden my hair gets yanked.

Never a boring moment with Snickers!

A couple of months ago we sold Maximus but driving around on Gotti just isn't as fun anymore so tonight we adopted Kaito. She's no Maximus but she's definitely very cool.

Hi Amy,
Just wanted to tell you that I think your hair looks great like that. It gives you a different look and I like it.
Are you still working out. I boxed three times this week with Shauna and as usual I'm trying to figure out that girls speed. Frustrating!!! Beth

I'm happy for you but OMG that's the ugliest thing I've seen in a long time.

This is anonymous again. I meant the bike is ugly (really, who designed this?!), not your hair :) Your hair is cute --I like the length!
