As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

A posting on the back of a random toilet stall door.  I totally understand Mr. Toilet.  I feel EXACTLY the same way about the food they give me -- it's terrible and I feel like my tummy is going to burst with disgust.
... so I brought my own food.  And YES, I did bring a blender.  Thank goodness I brought all this too because the food they serve here is, for the most part, very unhealthy.  I don't care to jeopardize my health so I eat what I can in the cafeteria with the students and then head back to eat in my room.
For the most part, my food is ok at room temperature but I do store the Greek yogurt and milk outside my window, on the window sill.  I forgot to add my eggs in this shot; they're also outside on my window sill.
This meal was probably the best meal served so far but considering I only had three things, that's quite bad consider all the "fake food" they offered for this particular breakfast.
This was tonight's dinner, what little I ate of it that is. Originally I had taken some kimchi but something was off with how it tasted so I ditched it.
