As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

After returning from this diamond in the rough, we held a business meeting.
Business meetings consist of laying on the couch, making numerous phone calls and texts, and putting on our hardcore thinking caps.
... even Pyen Chi put on her thinking cap.
It was exhausting today.
Our business meetings may look relaxing and comfortable, but unlike the business meetings of other companies, there is NO distinction made between home and office at this point.  We started around 11am and finished well after 2am... ya, now you understand why they're held on the couch.

Actually, our meetings are held every where and any where.  We once had a meeting in the shower, yup, it's true.  Snickers was showering when a great idea popped into my head, so I popped my head into the bathroom window to talk to him about it.

Snickers had a late night meeting with a local business manager that wants to help us.  It ended around 4am.
