This was how I spent a good chunk of today -- studying macro nutrients, setting up a basic "zig-zag" rotation for my own clean eating, digestion calorie deficit thresholds, punching numbers with the Katch-McArdle formula, figuring out my TDEE, and all that good stuff related to nutrition from my 300+ page study book.
Early in the evening I was visited by this gal -- a lovely lady who some 7 years ago was but just a cute little first year university student in my English class. I taught her for three years at Dankook University and, starting in two weeks, I'll be teaching her again but this time it'll be about exercise and getting healthy.
We had our weekly Sparring Day tonight so members geared up and stepped into the ring, all eager to take their best shot at Snickers.
Many of tonight's sparring matches were quite intense.
It's always so interesting to see members spar with him, to see just how much they've improved not only with their boxing skills but also their confidence in the ring and eagerness to step in it.
And this is how I ended the night -- NOT sweaty. It was a first ever in a long time.
I took this selfie at the very end of the night because it marked the first night at work where I haven't closed the club all super sweaty and desperately needing a shower.
