As the story has it, one day I headed to the opposite side of the globe – the Flipside. I arrived in Korea February 16th, 2005 and thought I’d do a year, then leave. I was wrong. I stayed, launched my first company, Flipside Fitness, and then opened Korea's largest boxing club, Hulk's Boxing (now called Hulk's Club).

After 11.5yrs in Korea, I then picked up one day and returned to Toronto, Canada. But then I left again.

Now I live in the Philippines where I am the CEO and head coach of Empowered Clubhouse, the Philippines' first and only boxing clubhouse exclusively just for women. I also am the founder of the Lil' Sistas Project, CEO and designer of Slay Gear and Baa Baa Black Sheep .Ph.

Running into Tuesday

 Yesterday's run vs today's run.
Today's run:
At the 4km mark we had reached Dankook and I ran off on my own.
At the 7km mark, I realized I had lost my running partner so I decided to do another lap.
At the 9km mark, I decided to head back home and come back with help if needed.
Both yesterday and today's run were the same route but with all my back tracking and then trying to search out my running buddy, I added 2.28kms to my run.
Arrived back at Hulk's to find this super smiley lady, today's running buddy, sitting at the top of the stairs and what a relief too.  I wasn't sure if she had got lost or had been injured some how so it was great to see that she was safe and sound in the comfort of the sun shining down on her, leaning on our door.
With the Canadian Thanksgiving being the second Monday in October and the American one not being until November, I'm not sure why my American Hulkie made a Thanksgiving meal so early but good for her.  Everyday should be Thanksgiving!!!
Tonight she brought me leftovers from the beautiful meal she had made this past weekend.
This couple is too cute, too cool and too fun to be ending the busy work day with.
They're an engaged couple that's trimming down and toning up for their big day.
After a fun-filled busy Monday like today, it was nice to kick back and relax.
Snickers headed out to Suwon to see a friend so I heated up some of those awesome Thanksgiving leftovers -- holy delish!!!  Sorry Pyen Chi, but I don't think I'll even share this with Snickers!!!
