Today's run wasn't a good one but then again they say the only bad run is a no run. I'm not too sure who "they" are but ok, I'll correct myself here and say today wasn't such a great run.
Had my inbody today and these were my results:
Still have 2kgs to lose for my fight but will stay at 51-52kgs for now, so that my body becomes comfortable at this lower body weight.
I've lost a bit of muscle mass but that was to be expected considering I'm juggling clean eating with making sure I don't eat "too heavy".
Am below average for body fat mass which is great except for the fact I'm always cold now.
Happy to note my water weight is up there, almost above average. This means I can definitely bank on dehydrating myself on the last day or so to drop the needed extra 2kgs.

Was a bit disappointed with my "segmental lean" body map read but, as noted above, I was expected a bit of muscle loss and here it is. I am on par with my upper body but am considered above average for abdominal muscle and apparently my left lower half too.
As for my "segmental fat" body map read, I am rated as being below average for fat.
According to my inbody, I don't need to gain any muscle or lose any body fat and I am 1.1% away from reaching my goal body fat read of 16%... sweet.
