Training in a sauna suit was next level intense, yikes. But I've starting to work on dropping weight, to get down low so that when I go to Canada for Christmas I don't have to be so mindful of my weight during the vacation.
The "vacation", that is. I hate the idea of putting my life on hold here to visit a place I'm pretty sure I'm going to freeze to death. I set my air conditioner to 28 and when it goes down past 23, I've been known to double up my sweater. Seriously.
Anyways, back to training...
So I'm looking to get my weight down and be comfortable with keeping it down.
Time is so limited. Almost a month left to do it.
I refuse to leave it to the last minute again and have to drop 19lbs in 13 days. In my defence, I only was given 13 days and it was a do or license-die situation.
